We deliver across Pakistan from our base in Lahore. This page covers how long orders take and how shipping works.
Order Processing Time

Processing starts after your order is confirmed. For custom orders, that means after the 30% advance payment is received and the design preview is approved.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and towns: 3 to 6 working days
- Remote and hard-to-reach areas: up to 7 working days
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays, strikes or courier delays can add extra days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-delivery offer or minimum order amount will be mentioned on the website at the time of the offer.
Payment Options
- Custom orders: 30% advance payment is required to start work. The remaining amount is paid on delivery or before dispatch, as agreed with you.
- Ready designs: payment by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash on delivery, where available for your city.
Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp or email. Use the Track Order page or the courier’s website to follow it.
Delivery Address
Please give a full and correct address with a working phone number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because the customer could not be reached, we will contact you to re-send it, and extra shipping charges may apply.
Refused or Unclaimed Parcels
Custom-made items cannot be resold. If a custom order is refused or not collected without a valid reason (such as a defect or wrong item), the advance payment is not refundable and return shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please check it before accepting it from the courier and contact us right away. See our Return & Exchange Policy for the next steps.
